1. Where are your clients based?

Our clients are primarily based in US and Middle East. However, we have a few clients in Pakistan as well.

2. What are BizEase BPM’s business hours?

Our resources are available 24/7 based on the requirement of our clients.

3. Do you operate with third party staff, or do you have your own?

We mainly hire and train our own staff for providing premium quality services. However, we also provide direct recruitment services and remote and onsite workforce according to your need. We manage clients’ remote staff at our workplace. We also provide subject matter experts consulting through one of our subsidiaries. 

4. How do you bill your clients?

Some services are billed monthly/quarterly (like bookkeeping, payroll processing, resource outsourcing, etc.) while others are billed as one-time payment (like direct recruitment, business valuation and financial projections, etc.).

5. Are your service fees tax inclusive?

Our fees are exclusive of tax. Any applicable taxes will be mutually agreed prior to service agreement confirmation.
